The default shipping policy of Custom Divine Boxes does not include liability for damages incurred during shipment. Claims for lost or damaged shipments must be filed within six business days of the package’s dispatch date. In addition to printing on our presses in America, we also have overseas printing facilities to provide better value for our clients.

Custom Divine Boxes and its members, directors, employees, representatives, vendors, suppliers, affiliates, and subcontractors disclaim all liability for any injury, death, loss, claim, damage, act of God, accident, delay, or any extraordinary, punitive, incidental, or consequential loss of any kind, arising from or related to the use of this website.
Please note that our design files are provided at 72 DPI, which is not high resolution. If you require higher-definition design files, please contact Custom Divine Boxes as soon as possible.
- Customer-Submitted Artwork
Submitted artwork should be in copies, in CMYK color mode, and have a resolution of at least 300 DPI. Be aware that there can be color shifts between RGB and CMYK models. Custom Divine Boxes is not responsible for images submitted by customers that appear blurred or distorted when printed due to the quality of the original artwork.
9. Proofs and Color Accuracy
For our printing products and services, we require customers to approve proofs of the electronic files they upload. We will not print a job without your approval. If you fail to log into your account and approve your proof, you are fully responsible for any resulting order processing delays. Please note that the approved proof limits the stated order turnaround time.
Carefully compare the proof with the original file to identify any errors in layout, copy, spacing, punctuation, image alignment, proportions, bleeds, crops, and final text. Issues such as transparency, overprint, and color differences between RGB, Pantone, or CMYK are not visible in an electronic proof.
UV coating or lamination can alter the colors of printed images. If you are aiming for a specific color appearance using laminated material, Custom Divine Boxes assumes no liability for the final product’s appearance. The customer is responsible for ensuring the final proof is accurate in all respects.
We will reproduce color copies from submitted print-ready files as closely as possible, but we cannot guarantee an exact match in density and color. Due to printer capacity limitations and ink characteristics, we cannot ensure color accuracy. We provide our products and services “as is” without any express or implied warranty. By placing an order, you waive any legal claims regarding color matching or ink density. If you require a hard copy proof to ensure color accuracy, we can provide one for an additional charge.
- Materials
Please note that the paper or card stock we use is not food-grade. If you need food-grade materials, communicate this in writing before placing your order. Inform us of any special requirements regarding paper stock, especially for food-grade materials, prior to ordering.
Custom Divine Boxes shall not be held responsible for errors in the final printed product, such as:
- Spelling and grammar errors
- Font mistakes
- Illustration punctuation issues
- Blemishes
- Die lines
- Trimming marks
- Breaks in folds
- Overprinting errors
- Size variations in finished products
- Payment Information, Ordering, and Cancellations
All prices for our services and products are displayed in USD (U.S. dollars). Payment is also received in USD. An outstanding balance must be paid before the parts are delivered. Work begins once payment is confirmed as stated in the order, including taxes and shipping fees, via a secure payment method.
Order placement involves providing the company with the final version of the product or service, either by email or physical delivery. All printing tasks are then submitted to the press department. Once submitted, aspects such as timing and design cannot be altered.
Orders can be canceled before proof approval, provided there are at least 4 hours left within the creation and delivery period. A $25 administration fee plus 5% of the total order value will be charged for cancellation. Orders can also be canceled within 24 hours of placement by issuing a Section 45 notice, incurring a 50% charge of the order price. Orders cannot be canceled beyond the 24-hour time frame.
- Design Orders
Custom Divine Boxes does not offer refunds on design services once an order has been paid for. In such cases, the customer cannot cancel the order, and the total amount paid will be non-refundable.
- Sales Tax Policy
Customers who order within Illinois (IL) must pay sales tax. If you are tax-exempt, please provide a copy of your tax-exemption certificate when ordering.
- Production, Shipping, and Delivery Speed
Once the total payment for an order is made and the artwork/file, whether physical or digital, is discussed and mutually agreed upon, the production speed and printing turnaround time commence after the artwork is reviewed by the press department. When placing an order, you can select the production speed, which indicates the number of workdays from printing to shipping. Proofs must be approved by 10 AM Central Standard Time (CST) to meet this deadline.
Our team at Custom Divine Boxes works diligently to facilitate your order’s delivery. However, delivery depends on timely shipment, and we cannot be held responsible for delays due to transportation issues. Factors such as weather conditions and customs are beyond our control. If there are delays in printing, the charges will still apply.
Customers are responsible for all customs duties and fees for international shipments. Standard shipping within the USA typically takes 10-12 days, express shipping 6-8 days, and ground shipping 2-3 days without additional weight or quantity charges. Extra charges apply for shipments outside the USA. Delivery transit times and any loss/damage by the service provider are the customer’s responsibility. If an incorrect address is provided, additional reshipment charges will apply.
- Website Changes and Their Effects
We reserve the right to modify any section of the website, including the terms and conditions, without prior notice. These changes will be incorporated into the new Terms of Service and uploaded to our website for clients to access, taking effect immediately.
