Return And Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your packaging. To ensure a smooth experience, please review our return and refund policy before placing an order.

  • Trial Runs and Order Approval

To minimize potential issues, we highly recommend ordering a small batch as a trial run before committing to a larger order. This allows you to see the final product and identify any adjustments needed.

Once you finalize your design, material, and color choices, we’ll send a confirmation email for your approval. This confirms your acceptance for production.

  • Changes After Approval

Please note that changes, redesigns, or reprints requested after you approve your order details will incur additional charges.

  • Partial Shipments & Delivery Delays

We understand that shipping delays can happen, sometimes resulting in partial deliveries. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for partial shipments caused by carrier delays. We are not responsible for unforeseen delays caused by shipping companies like UPS, FedEx, or DHL.

In case of a lost shipment, we will contact the carrier to locate it. However, we cannot be held liable for lost or delayed deliveries. If the order cannot be found within 10 business days, we can offer reprints at a reduced cost, but free reprints are not available.

  • Product Issues

If you receive a product that doesn’t match your approved design due to our production error, please contact us at info@customdivineboxes.com within 3 business days of delivery. This allows us to address the issue promptly.

When contacting us, please provide detailed explanations with pictures and/or videos of the discrepancies.

If a production error is confirmed, we will gladly reprint your order free of charge. However, free reprints are not available for subsequent errors on the same design, as some materials or designs may present printing challenges.

  • Expedited Processing Charges

Please note that expedited processing fees are non-refundable.
